165# snatch. I havent trained this before so 165 is a lifetime PR. Haven’t had one of those in awhile so it feels good. Looking forward to driving this up to bodyweight.

Squat: 3 x 8 @ 245. Back spasmed on the last set. Finished with a couple light sets of bulgarian split squats but not feeling good.

Snatch: worked up to a lifetime PR of 165. Looking forward to continuing this.

Went to 360fitness in Idaho.

Warmed up and then hit some stones. Worked up to a 225lb stone. Felt great.

Log press: Worked up to a heavy single. Couldnt quite hit 200.

3 x 3 @ 170. Cleaned and pressed each rep.

3 x 5 @ 150. Cleaned just once. Second to last rep on the last set felt a tweak in my rear delt/shoulder.

Moved onto some safety bar squats. Dont have one at home and really like them. Was feeling great but my back spasmed again after a few sets. Seems like this could be a pretty big set back with a comp 6 weeks out. Frustrated and disappointed but I will figure out a way to work around/through this.

Rest. In a fair amount of pain. Lower left side of my back is locked up. I’ve been on a couple walks already. Each one seems to help a little bit so I’ll keep that going.

Lots of walking and finding movements that are pain free.
